الشكل المزمن من التهاب الحلق والجهاز التنفسي في الحمام، وغالبًا بيكون نتيجة عدوى مشتركة (بكتيريا وفيروسات وميكروبلازما مع بعض)، وبتزيد شدته بوجود عوامل ضعف مناعة تانية.

Symptoms

Mucopurulent nasal discharge, reduced flying performance, throat inflammation, respiratory wheezing/rattling (worse at night), air sac inflammation.

Causes

ميكروبات المايكوبلازما (Mycoplasma spp.) بالاشتراك مع بكتيريا وفيروسات أخرى

Transmission

الزرق، مياه الشرب، الأكل، الأدوات، وعن طريق قطرات الرذاذ من طائر لآخر.

Diagnosis

الأعراض الإكلينيكية مع الفحص التشريحي (التهاب الأكياس الهوائية).

Treatment

Tylosin antibiotic treatment.

Prevention

Reduce overcrowding, maintain hygiene, treat concurrent latent infections that weaken resistance.
