Child safety standards

1 · Minimum age

Ghuzar is not directed to children. The minimum age to hold an account is 13, and the declared target audience on Google Play is 13 and older.

Any account found to belong to someone under that age is closed.

2 · Zero tolerance

The following are strictly prohibited on Ghuzar, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content alluding to it.
• Content that sexualises or exploitatively depicts minors.
• Grooming or sexualised contact with minors — in posts, comments or private messages.
• Human trafficking, or any offer or request that exploits a minor.
• Links or contact details leading to any of the above.

Violating any of these gets no warning — the account is suspended immediately and the content is removed.

3 · How to report

In the app: every user, post, comment, bird, product, store and auction has a Report action. Choose "Abuse" or "Offensive content" and describe the concern. Reports reach the moderation team immediately.

By email — fastest for urgent cases:

Put "Child Safety" in the subject so it is handled at top priority.

A Block tool is also available to any user to stop any contact instantly, without waiting for a review.

4 · How we respond

• Child safety reports have the highest priority and are reviewed ahead of every other type.
• Content reaching 3 reports is hidden automatically until the review is complete.
• If child abuse material is confirmed: it is removed immediately, the account is permanently terminated, and we preserve the evidence required by the competent authorities.
• We report to the competent authorities in the Arab Republic of Egypt as required by law and cooperate with any lawful request.

We review these standards periodically and whenever the law or Google Play's policies change, and we update the effective date above.
