Ablaq Aswad

Counted a foundation house by the camp that holds that view — the great majority of keepers — and lately receiving renewed attention after a period of neglect. It is commonly confused with the Ablaq ala Fahm (the charcoal); the author holds the black to be a foundation house and the charcoal a cross. Body entirely white but for broad, long, well-separated and matching cheeks and shoulders in a lustrous black. Olive iris and a dark speckled olive-green ring, darker and more heavily speckled than the charcoal's; white eyelids of medium thickness; broader chest and stronger musculature than the charcoal.
