1. Linking the parents

From the bird's file ⇐ Edit ⇐ Sire / Dam: choose from your birds. If the sire belongs to another breeder, ask them to register it and send you its registration number — you can link a bird you don't own as a parent (the link is read-only and nobody can edit anyone else's bird). Squabs registered from the egg (part 3) come linked automatically.

2. The tree

Bird's file ⇐ Tree: 4 generations drawn with each bird's photo and registration number, and a tap on any bird opens its file. A deceased bird shows with its tag, and someone else's private bird shows only its number.

3. The bird's card and QR

Every bird has a card (shareable as an image) with its name, breed, registration number and a QR — anyone who scans it opens the bird's public page on ghuzar.com with the same data from the server. The bird's photos themselves get a small QR stamp in the corner when you share them from the app. The card comes in 3 grades (bronze/silver/gold) depending on how complete and verified the file is.

4. Ownership transfer

When you sell the bird:

  1. Bird's file ⇐ Transfer ownership ⇐ search for the buyer by username or membership number.
  2. The buyer gets a notification and accepts on their side.
  3. After acceptance: the bird moves to the buyer's loft with its whole history (photos · pedigree · vaccinations · achievements), and you remain in the ownership log as a previous owner.
  4. A transfer certificate is generated with the bird's photo and a QR — you can share or print it.

Fees: a percentage of the sale price according to your plan — shown before you confirm (figures on the subscriptions page).

A transfer cannot be undone: if it was done by mistake, the other party makes a reverse transfer. That is why the request is accepted by the buyer, not imposed.

5. Selling by auction or in the market

If the sale was through a Ghuzar auction, the transfer is done by the admins after payment (part 6). If it was a direct sale outside an auction, do the transfer yourself as above once you have been paid.

6. The official PDF file

When the tree and achievements are complete, request the official bird file — a document generated from the record with a QR for verification.
