When you sell a bird for thousands of pounds, the buyer asks one question: "What's my guarantee?" — that this bird is really from those parents, that the prize you mention is real, and that the photo is of this bird. The official bird file on Ghuzar is the answer.

What is inside the file?

A PDF document generated from the bird's record on Ghuzar (not written by hand):

  1. Identity: the name, the permanent registration number (like GZ-P-…), the ring number if any, the breed from the encyclopedia, the hatch date, sex and colour.
  2. The official photo — and the live photos taken with the app's camera with their timestamps.
  3. The pedigree tree — sire, dam and their ancestors from Ghuzar's own records (not typed text), each with its registration number.
  4. Achievements: documented competition placings, and the official evaluation score if one was done.
  5. The ownership log — who registered it, who bought it and when.
  6. A QR code that opens the public verification page on ghuzar.com — anyone who scans it sees the same data straight from the server, so the document cannot be faked in Photoshop.

Why does it raise the price?

See the price factors: pedigree and documentation are the two biggest factors after the breed itself. The file turns them from "the seller's word" into "a third-party record." And a buyer who holds the file can sell on later with the same confidence — so the value stays with the bird.

How to prepare your bird for the file

The file is only as strong as the data in it:

  • Link the parents in the app (they must be registered too — if they belong to another breeder, ask them to register them).
  • Photograph with the live camera from the app, not from the gallery — the live photo is stamped with its time.
  • Register the competitions it entered from the app so placings come in automatically.
  • If you want an official score: request a committee evaluation before the file.

From the app

Bird's file ⇐ "Official PDF file" ⇐ pay through Google Play ⇐ the admins review the data and issue the file, and you get a notification with the download link.

From the website

From the digital store buy "Bird file PDF" by card or e-wallet through Paymob — it is recorded as credit on your account, and you use it from the app on any bird you choose. Same account, same credit. The file fee varies by plan — see the plans.

Frequently asked

Is the file updated if the bird wins later? — The file is a snapshot with its date. The verification page (QR) always shows the latest data, so the buyer sees the new even if the PDF is old.

Can I make a file for a bird without registered parents? — Yes, the tree will be empty but the other sections work. Better to complete the pedigree first.

After a sale, who does the file go to? — The ownership transfer in the app moves the bird to the buyer, and the verification page shows the new owner. The old PDF stays valid as a historical record.
