A foundation colour. Body a dark apricot yellow, with tail and wing shields in a white that is not brilliant — closer to a very pale grey — and the tail tipped with a faint yellow wash. The neck comes a shade lighter than the body and carries a sheen. Mastic iris with a mastic ring a shade lighter than the iris, washed with yellow.

| العضم صغير جداً، ورفيع جداً من الأمام والخلف، ومكنير — نسميه (عضم شعيري) تشبيهاً بحبة الشعير — ويكون خارجاً من القورة مباشرةً، ولونه أبيض. وهو أشد كنيرة وأرفع وأقصر عضم في النواعم كلها. | 10 |
